Located mainly in northwest China's Shaanxi Province, the Qinling Mountains are a major east-west mountain range, providing a natural boundary between north and south China and supporting a huge variety of wildlife. 

About 345 wild giant pandas live in the area, making it one of the regions with the largest number of pandas in the country. The Qinling Mountains are not just home to pandas, they are also home to the snub-nosed monkeys, the Qinling takins and the crested ibis. The four rare species are regarded as "Four Treasures of Qinling Mountains" and are under national first-class protection. Check out the video to learn about these four animals.
