Global leaders and climate experts will be in Dubai for COP28, the annual international climate summit convened by the United Nations. With global temperatures rising and extreme weather events becoming more frequent, the pressure is on for countries to find more effective ways to reduce carbon emissions . So where are we now on climate change? What more needs to be done? And can we do it in a timely manner to avoid a climate apocalypse?
