Analyst: ICJ case to put legal spotlight on Israel's Gaza actions

The International Court of Justice (ICJ) in The Hague, also known as the World Court, will hear South African claims that Israel is committing genocide against Palestinians in its Gaza offensive. Israel is set to defend itself against accusations of violating the 1948 Genocide Convention. Einar Tangen, a senior fellow at Taihe Institute, said the South Africa case at ICJ will put the legal spotlight on Israel's actions in Gaza.
