The Russian city of Voronezh declared a state of emergency on Tuesday after an attack by Ukrainian drones, Mayor Vadim Kstenin said.
"A commission will assess the damage to the affected house and the neighboring ones, as well as to the territory, both real and movable property," Kstenin said on social media.
A nearby school was opened to host the evacuated residents, Kstenin said, adding that all services were working on the scene.
Earlier, Voronezh Governor Alexander Gusev said that the Russian air defense forces repelled an attack by Ukrainian drones over Voronezh, during which several houses were damaged, and an 11-year-old girl was injured.
The Russian Defense Ministry reported that three Ukrainian drones were shot down over the Voronezh region.
