WEF president: World's 'glass half full' amid efforts to rebuild trust

More than 2,800 participants from over 120 countries, regions and organizations have gathered at the 54th World Economic Forum which is held in Davos, Switzerland from January 15 to 19. Børge Brende, WEF president, said in an interview with CGTN's Tian Wei, that the forum is about something "consequential and important." Despite serious global challenges, Brende said "I prefer to look at the glass half full, instead of half empty." And he believes new technologies will help grow the world economy.
