There's something about snowflakes that give China's landmarks an elegant charm. Amid recent snowfall in Xi'an, northwest China's Shaanxi Province, the Dayan Pagoda and the Xi'an Bell Tower both drew visitors eager for wintry photos. Some dressed in warm hanfu clothing, a form of traditional Chinese attire, complementing the ancient buildings. The combination of traditional dress, architecture and snowy weather transported the spaces, as it were, to the days of ancient Chang'an.
