There is a saying, "When China grows, everyone grows. When China benefits, everyone benefits." This win-win model is most evident in regards to China's economic partners, especially a country like Pakistan. Anwar-ul-Haq Kakar, caretaker Prime Minister of Pakistan, explains that there are many opportunities stemming from Chinese industrial and green investments abroad. "China has got the capacity to cater to such investments for its partners," he said. "Pakistan, as a mid-size economy, can benefit a lot from this."
