To celebrate the annual Laba Festival on January 18, a local firefighting team offered free rice porridge to sanitation workers in Yangquan City, north China's Shanxi Province. Passersby were also treated to free porridge. Xinzhou Ancient City Scenic Spot did the same to sanitation workers and tourists.
