The death toll from a landslide that hit a mining village in the southern Philippines on Thursday has risen to 10, with one person missing, police and local officials said Friday.
In a report posted on social media, the municipality of Monkayo said rescuers recovered three more bodies near the houses buried by the mud and heaps of debris.
Rescuers recovered seven bodies, including five children, on Thursday, a few hours after the landslide.
