Zhu Min: China growth resilient with consumption engine

At "Recharging Growth in China," a joint presentation from CGTN and the World Economic Forum, Zhu Min, the vice chairman of China Center for International Economic Exchanges and a former deputy managing director of the International Monetary Fund, told CGTN's Tian Wei that GDP growth of 5.2 percent in 2023 showed the resilience of Chinese economy. The new growth engine comes from domestic consumption, digitalized manufacturing and carbon neutrality transformation, he added.
