An attack hit a residential building in Syria's Damascus, Syria's state news agency SANA reported on Saturday, calling it "most likely resulting from Israeli aggression."
The attack hit a four-story building in the Mezzeh neighborhood in Damascus, the report said.
Five people were killed in the strike, according to Syria's war monitor.
According to Reuters, a member of Iran's Revolutionary Guards has been killed in the attack. The source said the multi-storey building was used by Iranian advisers supporting Syria's government, and it was entirely flattened by the strike.
There was no immediate response from Israeli and Iranian sides.
Earlier, "strong" explosions were reported in the capital, according to Arab media outlets.
