The Chinese government has made commitments in decarbonization with actual action plans, Cha May-lung, HKEX chair, said in an interview with CGTN at Davos 2024. She also mentioned HKEX is assessing the Belt and Road opportunities across diverse regions, welcoming any company that meets requirement to list.
