Chaoyang District is home to the majority of Beijing's many foreign embassies, the well-known Sanlitun, as well as Beijing's growing Central Business District. While Chaoyang does not have that many tourist sites, most visitors to Beijing will find themselves in the district at some point: especially for visiting the art districts, shopping malls, restaurants and nightlife. In recent years, Chaoyang District has become an international consumption center.
