According to Palestinian local authorities, more than 24,400 Palestinians have lost their lives in Israeli attacks on Gaza since October 7, 2023.
In this video, CGTN Stringer visited Fida Al-Qurshali, a volunteer doctor who lives in a tent in Gaza. This simple tent is not only a place for her to eat and sleep but is also used to receive and treat patients. Although Fida knows the tent is not a good place for medical work, she has no choice. "Even though there's inconvenience, I don't want to tell someone who comes at 1 a.m. or 5 a.m. that I will not receive them," she said.
