At least 25 people were killed in shelling at a market on the outskirts of Donetsk region on January 21. Another 20 people, including two children, were wounded in a strike on the suburbs of Tekstilshchik, said Denis Pushilin, head of the Russian authorities in Donetsk. Pushilin claimed that the shells had been fired by the Ukrainian military, but there has been no response from Kyiv yet.
