In January, a UN report predicted that global GDP growth will slow down from an estimated 2.7 percent in 2023 to 2.4 percent in 2024. How can we rebuild trust amid a growing geopolitical schism? China's economy was a hot topic at the World Economic Forum (WEF) this year. Many people spoke about "China's opportunity." CGTN's Tian Wei talked exclusively to WEF President Borge Brende. He said China takes the challenges very seriously and is addressing them in a very meticulous way. China's growth today is concentrated in digitalization and energy transformation. He added that it is not one China, "but a 1.4 billion China," so people have to avoid being black and white.
