Russian forces on Tuesday morning carried out a group strike on facilities of the military-industrial complex of Ukraine that produce missiles, ammunition and explosives, the Russian Defense Ministry said in a statement.
Oleg Sinegubov, the governor of Ukraine's Kharkiv region, said in a Telegram post that six people were killed after the Russian strike, while Kyiv City Military Administration reported 22 injuries in the city.
