At least four people have been killed and 42 injured in a Russian air strike on Ukraine's city of Kharkiv, Ukrinform reported on Tuesday.
The country's capital, Kyiv, was also shelled, and at least 20 people were injured, the report added.
Russia has not yet responded to the claim.
