With just days to go before the 60th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and France, aviation giant Airbus has opened its aircraft lifecycle service center in Chengdu, Sichuan Province. The center will provide solutions for the full lifecycle management of aircraft and is the first one-stop service center of its kind. Located in Chengdu, the center has obtained certifications from the European Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) and the Civil Aviation Administration of China (CAAC). The future plan for the Airbus Aircraft Full Lifecycle Service Center includes a total area of 717,000 square meters and the capacity to accommodate 125 aircraft. The opening of the Airbus Aircraft Lifecycle Service Center signifies a new milestone for the aviation service industry in China, providing more convenient and comprehensive support for aircraft operations. It also signifies Airbus's further expansion and deepening of its business in China, covering the entire industry chain from component production, aircraft assembly and delivery, to fleet operation and maintenance, as well as the recycling of high-value components.
