As of 8:04 p.m. on Thursday, the remainder of those who went missing during a landslide that struck a mountainous village in southwest China's Yunnan Province has been confirmed dead, bringing the death toll to 44, according to local authorities.
The landslide occurred at 5:51 a.m. on Monday in Liangshui Village of Tangfang Town, Zhenxiong County.
