The city of Harbin in northeastern China has become the latest internet phenomenon, inspiring millions to flock to experience it's winter tourism offerings. The city, which is preparing to host the next Asian Winter Games, is home to a one of a kind ice and snow festival. CGTN's Idah Waringa sampled some of the Harbin fun.
