China and France mark the 60th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic ties in 2024, which is also the China-France Year of Culture and Tourism. Over the past 60 years, China-France friendship has remained everlasting, and cultural exchanges between the two countries have flourished. People-to-people exchanges between China and France have become more diverse and closer.

Founded in 1986, the Saint Marc choir has enjoyed a good reputation in Lyon, France, for more than 20 years. As one of the most important cultural contributors of Lyon, the Saint Marc choir has performed in China many times. In July and October, the choir will also perform with Chinese orchestras. In the video, Nicolas Porte, the director of the Saint Marc choir, said that the stable development of Sino-French relations has facilitated cultural exchanges between the two countries. The differences in Chinese and French music have always brought him richer feelings. He hopes to bring French music to China for more exchanges in the future.
