Netanyahu: Israel won't withdraw forces from Gaza until objectives are achieved

CGTN

Israel Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said Israel won't withdraw forces from Gaza or free thousands of Palestinian prisoners until its objectives were achieved, responding to media reports of Gaza truce talks.

In remarks aired by Israeli TV, Netanyahu said, "We will not end this war short of achieving all of its objectives. That means eliminating Hamas, returning all of our hostages and ensuring that Gaza will no longer pose a threat to Israel."
