Northwest China's Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region is the largest provincial-level region in the country and also a region with abundant and diverse tourism resources. Xinjiang boasts breathtaking natural landscapes, a rich historical and cultural heritage, as well as unique ethnic customs and cuisine. Alimjan Memet Tursun, a young Uygur man, runs his own restaurant in Changji. As a native Changji resident, Alimjan believes that Xinjiang's natural scenery is most worthy of praise.
