As Chinese New Year approaches, residents in Anchang ancient town have prepared traditional culinary delights, such as sausages, seasoned ducks in soy sauce, and dried fish, all cultural symbols of Chinese New Year. 

With a history of more than 1000 years, Anchang ancient town in east China's Shaoxing has well preserved the folk customs and traditions of the Wuyue Culture that have been passed down for thousands of years.
