"As the head of the largest spy agency in the world, William Burns openly told everyone that U.S. spies are everywhere. I'd like to thank him for reminding us," Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesperson Wang Wenbin on Friday. He also said that China will not allow the United States to succeed in its spying attempts.
