Chefs and artisans have been working around the clock to prepare local delicacies – from marinated sausages and marinated meat, to tofu and other delicacies – to cater to market demand in Qiandongnan Miao and Dong Autonomous Prefecture, Guizhou Province. Meanwhile, local residents flocked to markets to stock up on delicacies as part of the annual tradition ahead of the Chinese New Year.
