At least 10 people were killed Wednesday by a blast in southwestern Pakistan near the offices of a political party, the second to hit the province on the eve of national elections, an official said.
"The incident took place close to the election office of the local JUI-F (Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam Pakistan – Fazl) candidate" in Killa Saifullah, said Jan Achakzai, provincial information minister of Balochistan.
