Beijing has expressed concerns over tariff hikes imposed by the U.S. during the third meeting of the China-U.S. economic working group. This was among the issues raised in candid and in-depth discussions held from February 5 to 6 in Beijing. Qu Qiang, a research fellow at Beijing Foreign Studies University, says this meeting is a good start for both sides to express their concerns.
