Congestion significantly alleviated on Hubei expressways

The Chinese government has allocated 141 million yuan, or some $20 million, to mitigate travel disruptions caused by freezing rain and snowstorms in 11 provinces and cities. The harsh weather has hampered transport during the Spring Festival travel rush. CGTN's Zhou Yixin has more on the situation in Wuhan, one of the cities hardest hit by snow and freezing rain.
