The U.S. National Transportation Safety Board on February 6 said four key bolts went missing from a door panel of a Boeing 737 Max-9 that fell off mid-air. The Alaska Airlines incident on January 5 triggered a 19-day emergency grounding of all Boeing Max 9 planes.
