As the Spring Festival approaches, China Media Group (CMG) is diligently preparing for the 2024 Spring Festival Gala. Holding the copyright for the production and broadcasting of the 2024 Spring Festival Gala, as well as those from previous years, CMG possesses the exclusive rights to license these programs globally for both commercial and non-commercial purposes to interested entities.

Without CMG's written permission, organizations or individuals are prohibited from using any audio or video content, broadcast signals, or related materials from the gala across any medium. This includes, but is not limited to, live broadcasts, delayed broadcasts, on-demand broadcasts, and repeat broadcasts across various platforms, such as radio, television, the internet, mobile communication networks, IPTV, internet TV, mobile media, various apps, and any other audio-visual communication technologies or platforms. Additionally, engaging in any form of unfair competition under the pretense of being associated with CMG or the Spring Festival Gala, including covert marketing activities, is strictly forbidden.

All institutions and individuals legally authorized to use the 2024 Spring Festival Gala, as well as programs from previous Spring Festival Galas, must adhere to the agreed specifications. They are required to clearly mark "Copyright of China Media Group" and cite the source, ensure the content and/or images of the program remain intact, and retain any relevant CMG logos in the programs and/or images.

Regarding the Spring Festival Gala programs, CMG will collaborate with relevant departments to enhance surveillance and protect its rights. It will take lawful measures to decisively combat copyright infringement of the CMG Spring Festival Gala programs and the use of the gala for unfair competition. Should these issues arise, CMG will pursue legal action against the responsible parties in accordance with the law.
