Chinese New Year celebrations are underway in Phuket, Thailand, a popular travel destination for Chinese tourists. Thailand is set to embrace more Chinese visitors, after the bilateral visa-free provisions take effect in March. CGTN correspondent Martin Lowe has more on the festive atmosphere in Phuket.
