The Chinese People's Liberation Army (PLA)'s Southern Theater Command will participate in a multinational exercise in Thailand from February 10 to March 7 in an effort to promote exchanges and cooperation with other parties, according to the Chinese Defense Ministry on Friday.

The exercise includes engineering assistance, tabletop exercises of humanitarian assistance and disaster relief exercises and a high-level forum, as well as live drills under the scenarios of fire rescue, hazardous substances leakage, medical first aid, and so on.
