A fish farm in the suburbs of Shuozhou City, northern China's Shanxi Province, has seen sales soar during the Spring Festival. The farm uses warm underground spring water to grow the fish, including trout and Chinese sturgeon. Fish is a must-have delicacy during the Spring Festival, symbolizing abundance and prosperity, and cherished by Chinese families. The farm manager says the recent peak season saw an average of 750 kilograms of fish sold every day.
