As temperatures keep dropping, Sayram Lake has entered its icy period in Bortala, northwest China's Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region.
Some parts of the lake have started to freeze, creating breathtakingly beautiful ice floats. The water of Sayram Lake is crystal azure blue.
When there's no wind, the tranquil surface of the water looks like a giant mirror reflecting magnificent views when seen from a distance.
