On Chinese New Year's Eve, Song Qilin and his friends, volunteers in China's "Go West" program, bought various foods and decorated their rooms with Spring Festival couplets and "Fu" characters to welcome the Chinese New Year together. Although they weren't able to spend time with their families back in their hometowns, they felt the warmth and happiness of the volunteer team.
