Philippine official: South China Sea disputes should be resolved bilaterally

"All this should be taken bilaterally between the two countries and no other country should be involved," said a Philippine official when talking about the maritime disputes between China and the Philippines.

In an exclusive interview with CGTN, Manuel Mamba, governor of the Cagayan Province in the Philippines, said the Philippines has always supported the One-China principle, adding that he doesn't see anything that would affect the Philippines' relationship with the People's Republic of China.
