The European Commission on Tuesday announced an initial 83 million euro (around $89.6 million) in humanitarian aid to support the people in Ukraine and Moldova who are affected by Russia-Ukraine conflict in 2024.
Of the total amount, "€75 million is allocated for humanitarian projects in Ukraine to provide emergency aid including access to basic needs such as shelter, protection services, clean water, education and healthcare," it said in a statement.
