U.S. military says Houthi attack targeted ship linked to humanitarian aid

CGTN

The U.S. Central Command said in a social media post on Tuesday that Yemen's Houthi group on Monday fired two anti-ship ballistic missiles at a Greek-flagged, U.S.-owned bulk carrier bound for the port of Aden in Yemen to deliver grain.

The military said the ship, which has delivered humanitarian aid to Yemen 11 times in the past five years, suffered minor damage after one of the missiles detonated nearby.
