Mian Xukun is a first-year student at the Communication University of Zhejiang. She's always spent the Spring Festival holiday in her hometown, but this year her family decided to drive more than 10 hours to celebrate the Year of the Dragon in Chengdu, southwest China's Sichuan Province.
From Sanxingdui Site's bronze masks to a panda-themed lantern show, many exciting performances and cultural events showcase the city's rich culture and provide a visual feast for visitors. Some 3,000 drones also took to the night sky above Chengdu, creating beautiful animations to celebrate the Chinese New Year. Take a look!
