Improper operation of the ship lead to the collision between a boat and the bridge it was passing under, killing five people on the morning of February 22 in Guangzhou City, Guangdong Province.
Two others were hospitalized, but are currently in stable condition, said the official, adding that a crew member was slightly injured.
