Su Yiming won the snowboarding men's big air gold medal in his first National Winter Games of China in Hulunbuir City, north China's Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, on Friday.
Su had a poor landing in the first run and got only 24.60 points. However, he bounced back quickly with a remarkable second run that earned him 89.20 points, rising to third place in total score. He finished every part in a silky smooth way in the third run, got rated at 93.40 points and came back to win the title.
