International students in east China's Nantong had a chance to enjoy both the cheer of this weekend's Lantern Festival and the spirit of the Year of the Dragon. Local authorities and Nantong University held a cultural exchange event, giving students from India, Morocco and Russia a taste of traditional Chinese festivals and culture. With some guidance, the students made colorful dragon lanterns and also tried out the erhu, a stringed musical instrument.
