European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen, who is on a visit to Ukraine's Kyiv, said in a social media post on Saturday that she discussed the 50-billion-euro Ukraine Facility with Ukrainian Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal.
Von der Leyen added that the first payment of 4.5 billion euros will come in March.
