Abu Yousef Al-Najjar Hospital in Rafah is the only blood dialysis center in southern Gaza. The city has received over a million displaced people, fleeing Israeli bombing and ground military operations elsewhere in Gaza. However, it has caused the blood dialysis machines to operate beyond capacity, putting enormous pressure on treatment.
