The Danish police on Monday announced concluding probe into the Nord Stream gas pipelines explosions, calling the incident a deliberate sabotage. The pipelines transporting natural gas from Russia to European markets were ruptured in a series of explosions underneath the Baltic Sea near Sweden and Denmark on September 26, 2022. Sweden, Denmark and Germany have been investigating the incident separately, but the investigation was progressing slowly as they refused Russian participation. Investigative journalist Seymour Hersh claimed U.S. Navy's involvement in the explosions, but the U.S. government denies it.
