Japan is releasing treated nuclear-contaminated water from the crippled Fukushima Daiichi Nuclear Power Plant into the Pacific Ocean. The plant's operator, Tokyo Electric Power Company, says the 4th discharge of treated nuclear-contaminated water amounts to about 7,800 tons over the next two weeks.
