The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) said in a social media post on Thursday that dozens of Gazans were killed and injured in northern Gaza, as residents surrounded humanitarian aid trucks and looted the supplies.
"As a result of the pushing, trampling and being run over by the trucks, dozens of Gazans were killed and injured," IDF added.
