The World Trade Organization (WTO)'s 13th Ministerial Conference concluded in Abu Dhabi, the capital city of the United Arab Emirates. On the eve of the event, ministers from 123 WTO members finalized the Investment Facilitation for Development Agreement. This is an important milestone in the history of the WTO.
